Disturbed is the third album by Milwaukee rapper Coo Coo Cal and his first on a large label, released September 18, 2001, by Tommy Boy Records. Producer Bigg Hank handled most of the beats, with additional production from Rated X, Bink!, Cipha Sounds, Double 8 and KayGee. It was recorded in 2001 at studios in Milwaukee and New Jersey.

The 16-track album features Twista, Trick Daddy, Kurupt, Indo G and Koffee Brown, along with Milwaukee acts including Midwikid, Mr. Do It To Death and Nothing Typical.

The lead single, “My Projects,” topped Billboard’s Hot Rap Songs chart and reached No. 81 on the Hot 100. The album peaked at No. 45 on the Billboard 200, No. 15 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and No. 1 on Independent Albums. After leaving Tommy Boy the next year, Cal released Still Walkin’ independently through Infinite in 2002, which reached No. 30 on the R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart.
