The Bomb Sac is the debut album by Sacramento rapper Foe Loco, released by Immaculacy Records in 1998.
The story
A member of Brotha Lynch Hung’s Locced 2 The Brain, Foe Loco made his own statement with tracks like “The Bomb Sac,” “Cold Hearted,” “Bounce” with Big Q and “Suicide Ride.”
Sound and production
Foe Loco produced much of it himself, with Big Hollis, Mr. Dizz, DJ Kat and Babe Reg. It was recorded at Hit Works and Crystal Clear Studios.
Legacy
It’s a hard-to-find piece of late-90s Sacramento independent rap.
