The story
It reached No. 4 on the R&B albums chart and No. 99 on the Billboard 200, a remarkable showing for an independent Sacramento release. “Birds in the Kitchen” got a video, and Marvaless and Mississippi appear.

DJ Daryl, D-Wiz, Mike Mosley, Sam Bostic and Troy-B produced dark, heavy West Coast funk.
Legacy
