London Posse

Rodney Panton was born on December 12, 1969, in Balham. As MC Rodie Rok he was a founding member of London Posse, and his choice to rap in his own London accent changed how British rap sounded.

Solo

He started his own label, Riddim Killa, and released The Future in 2002. In 2012 he made Sleepin’ Giantz with Zed Bias and Falacy. For more than six years he co-hosted The Original Fever on BBC Radio 1Xtra with DJ Skitz, and he later presented documentaries for BBC Four. In 2019 he formed Kingdem with Ty and Blak Twang.
